I feel comfortable working with various mediums, although currently they are primarily water based; such as acrylic-polymers, and watercolor. To me it's all paint. However, the choice of medium is generally dictated by the subject matter and what I feel is most effective at the time.

 

Recently, I've begun to explore new subject matter of a non-figurative nature; namely still-lives and landscapes. I've avoided them simply out of fear; unknown territory.  I'm learning a lot. I still feel that I have a lot to learn and will continue to explore.  I like the challenge that they present. More to come.
